These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and 34jili (referred to as "34jili," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 34jili online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 34jili operates in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations, including those established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), which mandate a minimum age of 21 years for participation in casino-style gaming activities. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 34jili complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. The Service is intended for users located in the Philippines. If you are accessing the Service from outside the Philippines, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

2.3 Account Information Accuracy

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination. 34jili reserves the right to verify the accuracy of information provided and may request supporting documentation, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and financial verification documents.

2.4 Single Account Limitation

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with 34jili. Opening multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using alternative identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings. If 34jili detects multiple accounts associated with the same individual, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all wagers, and confiscate any funds therein.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login information with any third party. All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility, whether or not authorized by you. You must immediately notify 34jili of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 34jili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

34jili accepts deposits via various payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other authorized payment processors. All deposit transactions must originate from financial accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of transactions.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit amounts are set at One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00) unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on payment method, account verification level, and regulatory requirements. 34jili reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made through electronic payment methods are typically processed instantly and credited to your account balance immediately. In certain cases, processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to banking system delays or payment processor maintenance. 34jili shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on 34jili are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a currency other than PHP, the amount will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by your payment provider, which may include conversion fees beyond our control.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to these Terms and verification requirements. Withdrawal requests must be made through the designated withdrawal interface within your account. All withdrawal requests are subject to review and approval by 34jili, which may require additional verification steps including identity confirmation, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation.

4.2 Verification Requirements

Before processing any withdrawal, 34jili reserves the right to require account verification through submission of government-issued identification documents, proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal request denial and potential account restrictions. This verification process is conducted in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements mandated by PAGCOR.

4.3 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Times

Withdrawals are typically processed to the same payment method used for deposit, unless otherwise agreed. Processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within 5-30 minutes during business hours; bank transfers may take 1-3 banking days depending on the receiving bank. 34jili strives to process all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible but does not guarantee specific processing timeframes. Weekends, holidays, and high-volume periods may result in extended processing times.

4.4 Minimum Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500.00) unless otherwise specified. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will be rejected and funds will remain in your account balance.

4.5 Withdrawal Fees

34jili does not charge withdrawal fees for the first two (2) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month may be subject to administrative fees as disclosed at the time of withdrawal request. Payment processors may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control and your responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

34jili offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to Players ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions ("Bonus Terms") that will be clearly stated in the promotional offer. By accepting any Bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable Bonus Terms. Failure to meet Bonus Terms may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the Bonus amount (and in some cases, the corresponding deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the Bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in the Bonus Terms. Different games contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements; typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at reduced percentages or be excluded entirely.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Players found engaging in Bonus abuse will have all bonuses, winnings, and account balances forfeited, and their accounts will be permanently closed.

5.4 Promotional Modifications

34jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude any Player from participation in promotional offers at our sole discretion.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Fair Play

All Players must engage in fair play at all times. Cheating, collusion with other Players, use of automated betting systems or bots, exploitation of software errors or glitches, or any other form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. 34jili employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect irregular play patterns and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino games, by physical outcomes (card deals, roulette spins, dice rolls) broadcast in real-time. Once a game result is determined and displayed, it is final and binding. 34jili will not entertain disputes regarding game outcomes except in cases where a clear technical malfunction is demonstrated and verified.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects game results, 34jili reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes to Players' accounts. You agree that technical malfunctions void all affected game results and payouts. This includes but is not limited to server errors, software bugs, incorrect odds display, or connectivity issues.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

While 34jili does not impose blanket maximum win limits on regular play, specific games or promotional activities may be subject to maximum payout caps as disclosed in the game rules or Bonus Terms. 8. Account Closure and Termination

Account closures are typically processed within 24-48 hours.

8.2 Termination by 34jili

34jili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, provided false information during registration or verification, or engaged in any conduct that we deem harmful to 34jili, other Players, or the integrity of the Service. Upon termination for breach of Terms, 34jili reserves the right to confiscate all account balances and void all outstanding wagers.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 34jili reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts. You will be notified via email before any such fees are applied, and you may reactivate your account at any time by logging in.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available through the 34jili Service, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, game designs, and user interfaces, is the property of 34jili or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without express written permission from 34jili.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 34jili, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. In no event shall 34jili's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Manila, Philippines. Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes through 34jili's customer support channels.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to 34jili. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 13. Anti-Money Laundering

34jili operates in strict compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Player, including requesting source of funds documentation, employment verification, and transaction history reviews. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law. Players may not use 34jili for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit financial activities.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

14.2 Waiver

No waiver by 34jili of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition, and any failure by 34jili to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your account or any rights under these Terms without the prior written consent of 34jili. 34jili may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder to any third party without restriction or prior notice to you.

14.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and 34jili regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
